It's like I'm an elementary school kid again.
My dad didn't live long enough to see the Prequel Trilogy and my mom passed away before she could share the experiences of new Star Wars films with Luke, Han and Leia in them. When Episode VII premieres I'll be watching it with both of them in my hearts and thanking them for encouraging and sharing my love for that universe and other science fiction and fantasy worlds when I was growing up.
They'll be in my hearts. And knowing my trips to the theater, there'll be way too many Sour Patch Kids and Skittles in my belly.

Nope, that second one is Deckard from Bladerunner.
So if those are real, does that mean they'll be visiting a cold planet?

Seeing the pic of Han made me think of Ford in Blade Runner first, a movie that to me may just be a physical manifestation of boredom in film form
I like the Mal Reynolds comparison much better

Well, I'm kind of hoping we don't get Luke having been gone for 30 years, but besides that a lot of the rumors are pretty interesting, especially the young Leia/Vader flashbacks rumor. It would be nice to see a bit more Vader, especially outside of the context of the prequels. Even just one flashback could probably capture some of the awesomeness of OT Vader.

And now this Sith Inquisitor info....all on the sixth anniversary of the theatrical release of the Clone Wars movie. It's one of the busiest and most exciting days to be a fan in ages.

Yeah, hence my comment. The long brown coat instantly made me think of Mal, even if it might have been unintentional. I prefer to imagine it's just bringing everything full circle.

Where are the Young Leia/Vader rumor and thing about bronze troopers?
As for the other rumors, I really hope the one about Luke being held captive for 30 years is BS. I was really hoping that the three heroes would have worked together for the past 30 years to help rebuild the universe, and that Luke would be training new Jedi. I'm really hoping they don't have them go their separate ways right after RotJ.
I really like the new Stormtrooper helmet, it feels like a great evolution of the OT helmets.

Whether Luke's been a captive for three hours, three days, three weeks or whatever it to believe it'd take any time at all to free himself or be dead by now. And the stormtrooper helmet looks even more restrictive than the old ones did, they'll still be able to hit anything.

Hopefully in the flashback it's the badass ANH Vader we see and not the skinny ROTS version.
And while I like the general idea of the Inquisitors, it does seem a bit weird to go back and rewrite the history of the earlier movies and the Sith like they are.
