Star Wars Episode 7 - 2015

Neither was Jar Jar originally.

I think he only made the transition to buffoon in the final draft, which was also the version where Liam Neeson's character was given a larger role.

No, no, no, Jar Jar is Yoda.

The frog-like character found on the proverbial side of the road who unexpectedly turns out to provide crucial assistance.

Obviously take it with a grain of salt but there's a rumour that Vader will be back.

If it is true I can understand why they want to bring him back, and perhaps they could find a way to make it work but it would be extremely hard. If they bring him back as dark-side Vader it undoes his whole redemption story and if they bring him back as light-side Vader he probably wouldn't be as cool.

I think the best way for Vader to work in a sequel trilogy is as a redeemed force ghost, which is anyway where we left him in the last cycle.

I think that same British tabloid reported a 300' tall lizard stomping around Tokyo last week too...

It's a good thing that Lucas replaced Shaw with Hayden Christensen. I wonder if he had done that specifically for a potential sequel trilogy.

Luk VS Luuke is better

Hah, I knew Disney couldn't leave a brand as big as Vader alone! :rommie:

And it is all about brands to them. The OT characters are like Snow White, they'll find ways to make movies about them indefinitely.

Temis: When did Disney say they're bringing Vader back? Take a look at where the article came from.

$10 says they resurrect a Zombie Vader from corrupted DNA extracted from the ashes of his funeral pyre... Half Man, Half Robotic Zombie. Calling it now... ;)

Lets not forget all the crazy rumors for the prequels. Wasn't one that Charlton Heston was going to play a young Yoda? Seriously. Without any info every rumor is going to be examined.

I been thinking of plot ideas. Nazi were a strong inspiration for the Empire. Perhaps years after the Empire there is a surgence of Neo-Nazi style Empire/Sith inspired cult. It would allow for the use of the Sith imagery without the original characters.

Lucas's original scripts has a full army of Sith Lords. That would be a way of using that idea. The Rule of Two was ended with Sidious and Vader. But now there is a group of Wanna be Sith Lords. Seeing a full out war among Sith and Jedi would certainly be something we have never seen.

Idris Elba's name is always bandied about. For any upcoming project.

My favorite name to throw into casting rings lately is Michael Fassbender.
Say I hear Charlize Theron could be in this. ;)

Let's get Ridley Scott on this ASAP!

Episode 7 will be standalone movie but have ties to the previous movies.

Fassbender will play a Lobo type robot

Charlize a politician

Idris Elba as Lando Calrissian

All three will set off to discover the origins of the force. We find out the force started off as a five legged/two headed creature born from goo.
