I seem to remember seeing called this on official looking Star Trek websites back when Voyager was on air.

I didn't understand what it was at the time. And now, as I understand it, its some form of guessing game/gambling.

What was this? Was it a guess of how/when/if Voyager would return to the Federation? Were their prizes?

Or am I misremembering or misunderstanding?
