I really liked the Leonardo da Vinci line in Voyager, it's probably my favourite holodeck programme. If I were there, I think I'd spend a lot of my free time with Da Vinci and Janeway ...
I'm glad you liked the Kes wallpaper. There are more to come with her. Actually, she figures heavily in my wallpapers. And when a picture includes the whole crew, I usually include her with the rest of the cast. She is a main character after all.
So Kes must be your favourite character. Mine is Janeway, closely followed by Tom.
But then I like everyone on Voyager. It's such an entertaining show. There are other shows I like but nothing as much as Voy.

Despite my dislike of some events in seasons 4-7, I still like the seasons 1-3 of Voyager very much. Voyager was a great series with excellent characters and a great premise for the show.

Sometimes I have to admit that TNG maybe was a better show overall but despite the fact that I really like the tNG characters, I must admit that the Voyager characters really had something special. There were also more bum episodes in each TNG season than it was in each Voyager season, especially when Worf's son and/or Lwxana Troi showed up.
Voyager remains a favorite but I also like TNG, DS9 and TOS. ENT was never to my taste.
Kes is my favorite followed by Chakotay, Janeway and Paris.
As for other non-Trek shows, I liked Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis. But I did find Stargate Universe horrible.
My current favorite is NCIS which also has excellent characters and good stories.
I look forward to more Kes wallpapers.
I am probably in the minority but I enjoy the first three seasons just as much as the last four. I never felt the need to want to see Voyager turned into the "big borg show" - I thought that the first three seasons were just fine. However, if that was what happened, I liked it the way it was and even though the tone of the series slightly changed after season 3, I thought and still think that Voyager is the best show I've seen to date. Seasons 4-7 are different but I like Seven and also the conflicts she brought about. Plus, since Tom is still the type of guy I'd love to have as a boyfriend in real life, I found that his relationship with B'Elanna gave Voyager a new dynamic, which I really like.
Also, again it's probably just me but I like Kes just as much as Seven of Nine. Both are unique in their own ways - I think. The only thing I really dislike about Voyager is FURY. I really don't understand why Kes had to be turned into the devil the way she was. If they decided to axe her, they should have left it at that. I thought she was given a beautiful - if heartwrenching - farewell in THE GIFT.
As for other shows, I can see that we have similar dispositions. ST VOY for me is by far the best show but Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis both tie for a second place. And just like you, I didn't really like SG Universe and thought that giving up Atlantis for Universe was a bad idea.
Of the other Trek, I like DS9 the most. After Janeway, Sisko is my second favourite captain and I love his relationship with his son. I'm sorry to say that I'm not much into TNG - I find Picard's stiffness very off-putting. Enterprise is like SG-U for me - a total waste of space. I haven't seen much of TOS but what I have, I liked so I'll probably give that show a chance one day.
Of the CSI series, CSI:NY was my favourite one (though I haven't seen it in a while).
As promised, more Kes wallpapers are to come - even if not today. But check back occasionally to see if something with her has come up. And if you like discussing Voyager, we can do it here. Perhaps my wallpapers could be used as cues to discuss who thought what of a certain ep or character.

I didn't like "The Gift" either.
