Part 28
Andrew’s Planet
Miracle are said to be believed only by fools. Yet, on the surface of Andrews Colony, such a thing had happened. The planet had been destroyed, blown apart as the energy with in Raymond was released. His creation was by definition a challenge to the scientific realm of the day.
As fragments of the planet shattered in all the different directions of space, the power that had been contained with in Raymond seized upon the moment to behold the wonders of the universe. Shackled by the limited thought, and reasoning, of a human, Raymond was finally, in that split moment of the planet’s destruction, to adhere himself to the very fabric of reality. Was he created by a lineage that reached across time and space?
As Raymond began to see the answers, he also began to fathom the control he now had of a universe lost in the turmoil of creation, and end. With all his will he commanded that the planet be restored, and the lives that were lost with the desrtucion, restored along with it. His mind tapped into realms that were indescribable by mere words, and yet the boundaries of his own mind seemed yet more than just a string that tugged on his own being.
There was a silence that came with Godhood. One might see it as the cascading ebbs and flows of a river that beckoned the flowed of time and space to one moment in time. And with time there came infinite spirals of chance, and fate, that weaved the fabric of what was to what would be, and more importantly, to what was truth. Raymond felt alone for nearly an entire second of time. But in that time he witnessed it all; the beginning and the end. From the dawn of time where a spark ignited reality, to the end of time where but an ember was crusted with vines upon vines of different paths.
The lives of those who lived Andrews Colony were plucked from that mere thought, and returned to where they came. Beings that, only moments ago, were reduced to fragments of dust were brought back to where they were; and more importantly, so were their lives, their so called essence. Raymond had the ability to do just that. And, for that instant of time, Raymond thought he was the only one; but then there was the other. It was so close, so near. Raymond could feel the other drawing closer. There was no time; there was only one thing to do; he needed life.

The Learning Center on Andrews Colony boasted a very fine school for the children, and young adults, who lived on the century old colony. It was where they learned the arts, science, and the knowledge of countless other subjects.
Mirana, the attendant who taught those in the five to six age groups, loved her profession. Her task was to teach her students, all twenty of them, about such subjects as science, and math, at and elementary level. As all teachers, she had her favorite students. Once such student Mirana felt close to was J’ylon. For a child of only six Earth years old, J’ylon was very adept at many subjects already.
The young boy walked to Mirana’s desk.
“What is it?” Mirana asked J’ylon.
The young boy looked concerned. “For a moment I felt as though I had left by body.”
She nodded. “I felt it too,” Mirana said to him. “Perhaps there was a slight earthquake that displaced both our senses.”
As she spoke to J’ylor she felt another strange sensation. With out any thought, she picked up the scissors on her desk and attacked J’ylor with them. She looked up and watched the others in the room attack each other in the same way.
Suddenly the doors to her classroom burst open and several others rushed in wielding all kinds of blunt objects. Mirana could only watch as she, and all the others, joined an orgy of death. Finally she found her self attacked by the attendant who taught the class next to hers. His name was Molint, and he, and Mirana, had often talked of marriage before. In her final moments of life she could only watch as he grabbed the scissors from her hands, and then dug them deep into her neck, her blood spraying him as he did.
