Star Trek the Continuing Voyage: What do you think?

For those who have played my new Star Trek adventure game, The Continuing Voyage, I would like to get a sense of how much you enjoyed different aspects of it. If you have more specific comments, I would appreciate those as well.

If you haven't yet played the game, I would encourage you to visit my web site and download it there.

I've only played the first couple levels, but I thought it was a fun little adventure game, very good for the fact that it was free. Some may disagree with me on this, but I really liked the fact that each mission was simple enough that with enough effort and experimentation, you could solve the puzzles in one sitting. I've played Space Quest from way back, and usually, those games have a number of points where I'll have to just save it and step back because I'm completely clueless as to what to do next. I didn't find that to be the case here.

I voted superb on all except the graphics/music which I voted fair. I don't think you could expect anything more when you ripped all the graphics from different games and jammed them all together. That said they did work and I easily looked past them because the rest of the game was so good. I've already posted a review in another thread.

Haven't had a chance to play it enough myself to fairly assess it, but I'm putting an article about it in my local Star Trek fan club magazine, so hopefully you'll get a few more players.

I could also send a message to PCPowerplay, a major computer magazine in Australia, asking them to put it on a future cover disc if you like.

Both those ideas sound good. I could use more traffic.
