Long time no ships designs. Here is the Vydra class, a 25th century scout vessel, and the little sibling to the Inceptor class.

Like the Inceptor, all windows are flush with the hull, and invisible on the outside. The same applies to all access hatches and other paneling. I really want the 25th going forward to be more advanced in that way. Even the landing gear hatches wouldn't be visible until they open. Phasers and torpedo bays are also hidden behind hatches.

Design-wise I used similar design language as the Inceptor, with the nacelles inspired by the Oberth, the color scheme and upper structure inspired by Bill Krause's Tornado class.

You know the funny thing about your description is that it could apply to the TOS Enterprise :D
