Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

Unlikely Factory Entertainment, Master Replicas are a company based in the UK, so I don't think they'll directly be hit by China/US tariffs. The parent company is Heathside Trading Ltd which was recently bought by an investment company.

- Puddle Jumper arrived. I enjoy how lightweight it is. I could almost be tempted to get a second one and modify it into gate mode.
- MCRN Tachi arrived. I love the orange-on-black color scheme. It's cool to have a ship-of-the-line Martian ship. Back in the days of Haegemonia: Legions of Iron, it was fun to unite Humanity under the banner of the mighty Martian Nation.
- I dropped my modded Nacene array and, being fragile enough, it split. Sorry, Suspiria! I'll reglue it when I get the chance.

I wish the Enterprise had been more of a kitbash of the Kelvin. I think this "Kelvinprise" idea looks quite good, though presumably not heroic enough.

I forgot to tell you there is a resin kit—-here is a
The proprietor has had health problems—he has Gizmotron’s molds too:
A slightly different take on the Kelvinprise:
There are also TOS and Refit options for the SNW model. I wish Hot Wheels would re-introduce big die casts again.

Oooo… I may have to get that first resin kit, I’ve always liked that take on the Kelvinprise.

Those other ones I’m not so sure of, I think the final result of mixing different design languages will look odd.

I keep the plastic packaging rafts of the few Eaglemoss minis with the intent of using them as molds to mix and match forms.

I wonder if the Cerritos saucer could replace a Nebula pod...

That is Very Green. I'd assumed you'd repainted it for a Master Chief kind of look, but no, shockingly, that's how it looks.

That's still Pretty Green. :p I'd have said the Jumpers in the show were a metal grey with green discolouration, but looking at actual pictures, it seems that they looked to be in a pretty wide range of greys and greens and even a bit reddish at times, so I guess it's actually correct.

Anyone have an idea on a potential replacement stand for the Fanhome Titan model? I’ve somehow misplaced the plastic stand and am therefore unable to display it how I’d like! I’ve been in contact with Fanhone about purchasing a replacement stand, but am not too optimistic..,

I only watched the first couple of seasons of Stargate, so never saw this ship on the show. I was wondering why it was such an odd shape, but only now realized It was designed to fit through the Stargates, sorry for being slow, lol…

I had a real fun time ordering from Fanhome on the standalone sales of the diecast starships. My first two orders on my credit card didn’t transact. Fanhome just let the pending charges lapse for no reason, and I had lengthy chats with their support team which were useless. My third order was done through PayPal and they finally were able to charge me and I got my ships 1 week later. So now I know to run it through PayPal and not credit cards. Very strange indeed.

Posted this is the action figure thread too but I got a note from MR today…

As we are sure you know, the tariffs imposed by the USA are making things difficult for collectibles companies. Until now we’ve been able to ship goods to the US from Europe without incurring extra charges. That will change on May 2nd, and this means we will have to change how we do things.

We don’t expect the tariffs to stay at this level, so until we have clarity, we are going to hold any preorders that are destined for the US in our international warehouses. This means they won’t be sold to anyone else and will be reserved for the person who ordered them. Whenever preorders arrive, we will be in touch to keep you up to date and offer you a range of choices about what to do.

As it happens, very few products were due to ship out in May, so this is unlikely to impact you. All being well, the situation will have improved by June.

In the meantime, we are looking at the best way to bring products into the US. We are aware that after May 2nd, customers may be charged by US customs and we want to avoid this. We will update you shortly and we will add information to the website to make it clear where the US government may charge extra import duties.

Outside of the USA everything will continue as normal. We are working on lots of exciting products, including some based on brands we haven’t announced yet, and we can’t wait to share with you. Watch this space!

After reading this I decided to use PayPal to order my first ship, but I'm starting to think I'm having the same problem. It's been two weeks, and even though the payment is authorized they still haven't taken it or done anything else...

Fanhome’s subscription plan has run pretty smoothly so far, I get the sense that maybe they weren’t really set up to deviate outside their usual wheelhouse

It’s almost the end of May and I’m still waiting on my Titan NCC-80102 (no bluddy A or G).

EDIT: It’s here!
