The regular subscription or the XL line... or both?!I just got an email saying that they are halting the Star Trek ship line. Seems rather sudden but that is upsetting. I was hoping to get the XL Enterprise J.
Just says Star Trek: Starships collection. I assume the Discovery line will be unaffected. The regular subscription or the XL line... or both?!
We would like to thank you for collecting Star Trek Starships collection.
It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to continue production of this collection. Therefore, we have taken the regrettable decision to close this collection.
If so that’s still 10 months from now. This feels like a sudden decision that they need to end it now. They are saying for a while now that issue number 180 will be the final one of the main line. They'll still be releasing online specials, the XL line, the Discovery line and ships from Picard and possible future Trek shows.
I just ordered the sixth shuttle set as the “cyber monday” price (50% off plus 15% off for the using the code CYBER15) was unbeatable. I'm getting it mainly for the Defiant shuttlepod. Always loved the somewhat awkward look of that.
Oh, okay. What's the exact wording in the mail? I haven't received anything. But then again, I'm not a subscriber, I'm just a regular on their online store. If so that’s still 10 months from now. This feels like a sudden decision that they need to end it now.

Ah, sorry, hadn't seen that. Wow, that does sound sudden. Now I wonder what's up with that as well.I put it in a post above.

Just rang customer service and was told “Eaglemoss have been having problems with this collection for a while and have decided to cancel everyone’s subscriptions. The emails will be going out to everyone over the next few days.”
I always worried something like this might happen when they kept announcing new collections after new collections (busts, comic collection, WWE, etc.) that perhaps they were stretching themselves too thin. It's quite a mess. Eaglemoss seems to be collapsing under its own logistical weight.![]()

Sorry for the confusion. We’re trying to sort out some clarity now. Rest assured the collection is continuing until issue 180 and you will be able to get it.
Your avatar is perfect in this situation!Does that mean people who buy the models at the newsagent's or via the webstore won't be affected?

I am correct. We’re trying to get something that’s much clearer out, but we what to make sure it’s right this time.

The email@actually says they are ‘no able to continue production’ and are ‘stopping this collection’. So it’s either incredibly badly worded and Ben is correct. Or that’s it, end of the line. Which is it?
