The Holodeck Rescues arc has more than 10 episodes, unlike Asteroid Blasters. I was expecting a new theme every 10 episodes.

They seem to be re-using species and designs (pickle, meatball) from previous episodes. Are there any new creatures or tech yet?
They announced it as renewed for 30 more episodes like two months ago.
Being as I'm not a little 5 year old kid, I was unaware of it still being on.
Like most five year old kids, I follow the TrekMovie and TrekCore headlines and thus have kept in the loop.

Sorry, I guess I'm being a little unnecessarily snotty. Just saying I know about the renewals because it popped up multiple times in my news feeds.
(And I guess I remember it because pretending this show is something of note amuses me for some reason. The shortage of "real" Trek news is probably amplifying that feeling.)
Actual kids like the ones you mentioned are probably oblivious until they spot the new episodes, if they're even paying enough attention to know the difference.
