Star Trek-RM: Turnabout Intruder… Grading/Discussion

I can't help but think that, after fully de-briefing with Kirk on the matter for their reports, Spock would begin to question a few things...such as Janice didn't ACTUALLY suffer from radiation sickness despite her and Coleman's lie.

I could see him working out a pretty good hypothesis working backward from that point before dropping the two off at a StarFleet facility. 'Cause he's...y'know...Spock.

Turnabout Intruder was the last episode of Star Trek by chance. It wasn't a "finale" or "wrap-up". Gene had many in his mind. janice Lester was a spurned female. it was an example of the old saying "Hell Hath No Fury as a Woman Scorned." Star Trek had many lessons. The one here was be carfeful how often you wet it, because eventually there will be someone unhinged who wants to get revenge, and she will gladly do it with a knife on your diddle, but in this case, she will steal your idenity when you let your guard down. If she is pretty that is not enough. You may think you are teaching her, but she is stealing as you sleep.

It's been a long time since I've seen Turnabout Intruder and I think it's gotten a bad rap.

I agree with this. I hadn't seen TI in a long time and remembered it as a silly, somewhat embarrassing episode. I was ready to cringe watching it again, but it surprised me. This time I really liked it.

I also remembered the actress playing Janice Lester as OK looking, but this time around I thought she was kind of hot. Must be the result of remastering.
