"The timeline has been altered. Dal, Maj'el, Zero and Jankom Pog receive a mysterious message asking them to save Gwen." - Cygnus-X1.Net

Dr. Erin McDonald got a cameo. That's pretty cool. There is a lot of timey-whimy stuff in here that might be a little confusing to the kids. I'm still trying to piece it together. Still, I'm engaged in this season already and that's a good thing. Really like seeing this new side of the Diviner, and Murf is talking to future guy. I'm sure it's not related to Future Guy from Enterprise, but it was the first thing I thought seeing that ending.

I don't know what it is but whenever I catch a glimpse of a TOS Connie, it really feels quite joyful.

Also, I'm definitely showing my bias when I mutter "jesus, it's that easy to build a time machine?", and then they mention the method that Worf used and I suddenly understand completely.

I can't wait for Murf to start getting those Suliban genetic alterations now.

I see I'm not the only one who really liked the episode, and who recognized "Future Guy."

As to Gwyn's temporal stabilizer armband, for some reason, I found myself thinking about a less-than-a-full-season Harve Bennett TV series from 1976, called Gemini Man. Ben Murphy as a secret agent who (because of a radiation mishap) was invisible unless a stabilizer (built into a large wristwatch) was active. And if he remained invisible for more than 15 minutes a day, he would fatally destabilize.

At any rate, I think I liked everything about this episode. In fact, this is the first ST episode I've seen in a long time that felt too short.
