Voyager depicted Utopia Planitia as having extensive facilities in orbit as well. Did the synths get those too?

We saw the synth-controlled flyer drones destroy what looked like a large Babylon-5-esque space station, and also ground facilities. We didn’t see them actually destroy any shipyards or other ships, but that obviously happened off-screen.

a large Babylon-5-esque space station,
Looked like the typical Federation Mushroom shape to me. Like, it isn't Spacedock style, but clearly inspired by it.

I generally classify it as:
Old Trek = 1966-2005
New Trek = 2009-Present

"NuTrek", to me, specifically means the Kelvin Timeline. I think of it as a sub-set of New Trek.
Just like "Classic Trek", to me, specifically means TOS. I think of it as a sub-set of Old Trek.
Classic (and best) Trek 1966 - 1986

Old Trek: 1987 - 2005

Nu Trek: 2009 - Present

Almost certainly and even if they didn't get them, they'd presumably be pointless without the resources from the surface.
