Star Trek: Picard Background Actors / Extras

i know i'm one of the few people here who's in los angeles, but since they're filming picard nearby in santa clarita... i've done a lot of digging and i think central casting is hiring the background actors.

this is based on this call for a hand double and the very star trek like image they posted today:

i don't fit the description (i'm too short), but if anyone matches this, you should check it out. it's an opportunity to be in trek.

anybody else explored being an extra in the series? anybody seen any other leads?

i’m a frustratingly good match, except for the height thing. that’s a big problem for these types of jobs. i wanted to be on orville but again, too short for the uniform.

Yeah, I wouldn't make the height cutoff either. Plus my hands are way, way hairier than that.

Good Trouble is a Disney Group/Freeform show, that is a spinoff of "The Fosters" that is currently filming at Santa Clarita Studios.

I was washing dishes today, and then a glass broke while I was washing. Cut the palm of my hand. I didn't think it would stop bleeding. I put a bandage on the cut. Except because it was toward the edge of my palm, one end of the bandage was on the palm, while the other end was on top of my hand. The hairy part.

The bandage was too large but it had to do until I got a smaller one. When it came time to take off the large bandage, let's just say I wish my hands were as hairless as this guy's.

The description fits me very well, but those fingers are shorter than mine or what height would suggest (and no I don't think my hands are bigger than average for my height). Are we sure this isn't some hand fetishist site pretending to be casting agency?

Central Casting is a very reputable agency. They rarely do work with the hand fetish industry these days.
