It’s so unfair that I won’t be able to watch this until tomorrow (Friday) night! I’m getting out of this thread before the spoilers start rolling in!

Long gone are my days of BitTorrent and Azure etc. Spending 2-3 days painfully downloading each new episode from America on a dial up connection as they wouldn’t be shown/released on VHS cassette in the UK for at least another year!

I hope that everyone enjoys! “I’ll be back” as a wise man once stated.

Anyone get the impression that Q is trying to help. This could be a Edith Keller situation where Renee isn’t supposed to go on the mission. Something feels off about this whole thing as Shaun Christopher is supposed to be the main person for the Saturn mission at this time.

Picard mentioned Renée in the Prime timeline during his SFA speech, ‪‪I don’t think her being on the mission is a mistake.

Christopher’s Saturn mission, according to 1979’s Star Trek Spaceflight Chronology, already took place in 2020.
I know. I’ve read the Rings of Time novel but I don’t think that’s a thing here. They make it sound like the Europa mission is their first big space mission since Apollo.
The Renee line in his speech could be some hint that the timeline was already in flux.

They're not on any trackers yet anyway, which is odd seeing they usually have them about an hour before they're on prime or P+.

So I guess they finally gave an answer as to how the Borg Queen always survives death. The consciousness transfer thing was kind of obvious--to me anyway--but it's nifty to see it showcased.

And that's certainly one way for Queenie to get legs!

I liked the episode overall; seeing how the crew - especially Seven - reacts to Agnes as the new Borg queen is definitely something to look forward to. Was a bit surprised that Raffi didn't bring up Icheb when Seven started listing her lost kids. And, cute as Elnor is in 21st century street clothes, I hope the hallucinations aren't a recurring thing; the more they build up Raffi's reaction to his death, the more forced it feels, given how little we saw of their relationship beforehand. At least give us flashbacks instead.
