First...Riyăk Curam Iymender, played by Matthew Gray Gubler (plays Dr. Reed in Criminal Minds).
Riyăk Iymender is a programmer, but he is in the Cardassian Guard, and wears their uniform.

I hope you don't mind him in the civvies instead of a uniform. If you really had your heart set on the uniform, I can manage it. However, usually the less you mess with an image the better it looks.
I think this one looks quasi-convincing as a screen cap with your actor as a Cardy.

That's fine...we can say he was on shore leave when this pic was taken--or maybe it's when he first signed up for service. Iymender's young...I don't think he's been serving long.

Ok here’s another couple if you had the time, one is more challenging than the other!The first is for Lt Lia K’Thell who’s a Yullen , an alien race of my own creation. Basically this means she’s blue/green in colour (so somewhere between Andorian and Orion) with white hair and pale eyes. I don’t know how possible this is but I’d love it if it were. She would be wearing a red command uniform as she’s a helmswoman but to be honest if it’s easier she doesn’t have to be in uniform. I cast Rene O’Conner to play her and have included some links below-the third one probably looks most how I envisage K’Thell (long hair) but it isn’t essential.

The second one should be a lot simpler. Simon Pegg as Sen Gerrex. (Yes Pegg was in Vesta years before he was Scotty!) He needs to be in a FC uniform with yellow undershirt but could be either a Lt or Lt Commander as he got promoted mid series. He is a Betazoid so if there’s anyway of giving him dark eyes that’d be nice.

If you can do any more, I'd like to throw in a request. I'm setting up a fanfic website and will need a few photomanips for the crew.
However, you can quickly get overloaded with requests so I understand if you need to start saying "no".
Let me know if you have time or are willing to do more.
I tried the website you mentioned, but I had trouble becoming a member. My password wouldn't take for some reason.

Thanks. Y'know what Badger...I don't know half of them myself. More than half actually. Over 90% of them are requests where I was either provided with pictures of the actors to work with or a name and I just did a google image search.

Nemesis era uniform.
Rank: Lt. Commander.
Background: MSD behind him of an Excelsior class ship: USS Intrepid NCC - 38957.
No sweat if the background is too much.

Next: Alana de la Garza as a Vulcan Starfleet officer "Shantok"
Nemesis era uniform.
Rank: Commander.
Background can be some type of modern bridge design. She's assigned to the same vessel as Adol.
