Basically they turn every ship into a carrier with a limited supply of support vessels. Should work awesome on a masterhealer like the starcruiser.
Refill? Will that be in time for the rest of these missions?
Right now it's use once and it's gone. The 'refill' is by playing the mission again using the "Mission Replay" system; BUT, it's a unique item, so if you replay before you've used your first one; you WON'T get a second. You have to use it, and the replay "The Vault" afterwards to get another one.
I don't have a chance to get to that computer for a little bit, but want in on the Cure mission

Looks really good - if the doors are of a similar size to the current small doors (i.e. the moving ones), then they've managed to get around the camera issues and come up with better-scaled interiors (dstahl mentioned something along those lines when the new interior pack was announced).

Actually, that's unfortunately not a sign that scaled-down versions of the current interiors are on the cards.
What you're looking at is the bridge/interior selection - the ship tailor gives you three interior sizes/styles, useable with any bridge. For example, my current ship has the 'Blaze' bridge with the 'small' interior, so the label comes up as 'Blaze (Small)'.

Yep, but you can only get it if you have some kind of pre-order thing when the game first came out.

Huh. You're right. I swear I had never seen it there before.
The Romulan Warbird can be ignored. That's what the Galaxy Class is there for. You fight the Scorpion fighters and shoot down heavy torps to protect the Galaxy.
That was a relatively short battle.
