I have to say, with each new passing bit of news, I'm getting more and more excited for this. And the anticipation has really helped, as I've been having a lot more fun the last few weeks than I did the last time I tried to get back into the game earlier this year.

Not to completely change topics, but I do have an odd question of sorts. I noticed they're bring back the featured missions at the end of the month. Do they amend the special rewards into the normal question chain, or do they add a special quest line?

The reason I ask is, I got the Tac captain I made back in February up to mid/high 50s during 2XP. But I found I didn't really care for Tac ground. I know it seems kind of silly, but it's just kind of bland, and I kind of miss the science wizardry. So I'm probably just going to re-roll my old science cap. I'll probably keep the Tac guy around for a while, if anything to do Tour the Galaxy everyday. But my character slots are limited. And I'd like to have one M/F for each faction.

Anyway...

If I do reroll, I'd rather not have to play those quests more than once (Especially the Bajor chain. Bleh!) So if I make a Sci cap over the weekend and get him/her up to Skirmish and then just play through the quest line as normal, will I get all the stuff? I should be able to get through most of it in a week.

I also made my first Rommie last week. And, I have to say, I love the story. I think it's definitely the best writing I've seen in the game so far. (I didn't think either Dyson or Delta offered much outside the stunt casting, TBH.) I just finished episode where you get the "Four Lights" chievey last night. Thought that was really well done. So, similarly, she's just about to start the Reman chain, so I'd like to get the BOFF without having to do it twice on her.

Also, I made her an ENG cap. I have to say I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I was afraid it'd was going to be too turrety (literally), but once you get everything put out, it's so much fun watching stuff melt.

The Re-run is just to get the rewards that they only gave out for a limited time when the series first ran (or other re-run events)
