Star Trek New Voyages announces new episode title

What happen to "The Sky Above, The Mudd Below" with J. G. Hertzler?

If that one has been scrapped I'll be really dissapointed. The idea of Hertzler as Mudd gives me a little fangasm (the only thing better would be Jeffrey Combs as Samuel T Cogley!)

What do we know about RnR?

I'm pretty sure I read that "The Sky Above, The Mudd Below" was still being done, but has been rescheduled to a later date because Hertzler got another gig that conflicted with the NV production schedule. It'll happen when J.G gets some free time.

JG Hertzler's schedule did not permit the Mudd episode to be filmed next in line . . . stay tuned--we all want more Mudd . . .

I guess I'll add something from the production side of things. To answer the detail question, not much are getting released right now. But I can tell you it's gonna be a cool episode and we're excited for a location shoot. There's still a ton of pre-production to happen so, naturally we want to get some more stuff locked down before saying anything to revealing. But it's looking to be a fun episode to shoot and watch. As for other potential projects, time will tell. Scheduling can be a hassle sometimes and sometimes things don't gel just right. So we press on to put out the best stories we can. Keep your eyes peeled on the NV forums though the writers and director have been frequenting them as of late.

Have any details been release about "Rest and Retaliation"?

There is a away mission of some sort as they are doing location filming for the first time - at non other than Vasquez Rocks!

Also, the episodes director will be Kevin Rubio http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Rubio

Apart from that very little is known so far.

Wasn't there some location shooting in "In Harm's Way"? When they went through the Guardian and arrived in some US street somewhere etc.

After leaping through the Guardian, I believe the boys landed in Glendale, CA . . .

North Hollywood, not Glendale, is where the jump occured :) Also, New Voyages shot a lot of footage at Vasquez Rocks and "the Batman cave" in Griffith Park about 2 years ago for an unproduced episode.

Wow- that sounds cool! New Voyages: the Lost Episode!

Any big names appearing in the new episode?
(not that the cast can't hold an episode by themselves of course, but enquiring minds want to know!)

Funny one, I have one of Picard doing that. I'm looking forward to the next episode, I really enjoyed the last one.
