And the ads continue to either hang or crash the game. Not 100% sure it’s the game builders’ fault, though.
Yeah it seems the weekend events were made much harder to force people to spend real money
I point blank refuse to pay for micro transactions on any game, but especially not on a mobile game like this one.
If you play the game for long enough and slowly build up resources, it pretty much becomes free to play - especially if you hammer the events by timing your entry in to them correctly to collect up all of the latinum. I have not spent any ‘real’ money in this game in a very long time, just the virtual in game currencies - even when I have spent $ I have not spent very much.
Oh, I have also unlocked one of the new characters:

Were they ever actually shown in the show? I guess it might have been one of those Family-Guy cutscenes having to do with a transporter accident of some kind, but I honestly don't remember these two.

Don't get me wrong, in most of the events I've found it reasonably easy to get all the milestones. But there've been a couple recently where it almost feels like they're making it really hard to get up there. I think I've only seen Ramsey tokens available to "buy" once or twice since it launched. So it's really unlikely I'm going to get to 16 this time.
I agree, also no Ramsey trades with the Ferengi at all. It’s almost like in order to rank in the top 20 in this latest event, The Jerks of Gideon, I would have to buy some Ramsey chips with real dollar. Ramsey should have been labelled as rare for this event, not uncommon.
Speaking of the Ferengi trader, all he wants to do is buy my excess chips at heavily discounted rates. For example, 20 of my Migleemo chips for 50 swords. If I were to buy this amount it would cost me over 350 event currency. I may just stop trading in protest.
Luckily I already have all of the characters on offer in this current event so I am not too bothered about ranking top 20.

It's just more tedious I guess, but I feel like if you don't make all milestones in the current event, there's always the next one
Some people are greedy and want as many of each chip as possible, almost hoarding them senselessly. Though I have almost a thousand of some of the more common chips such as Lundi, Jet and Jen - but this is not intentional, I collected them by accident.
I am happy with one of each event chip though. I just want to decorate my bridge and lounge with all the cool characters making a Star Trek ‘Where’s Walley’ scene. I do not trade with the Ferengi in the main game unless storyline progression forces me to. I have about 60k+ Dilithium so have no need for trade - the trades are *never* for cool Rare or Legendary chips in which cases I would perhaps be more likely to trade.

Well, crap…. I finished Level 77 and it went into the “Level XX” sandbox mode and every time I tap an automate button it CTD’s. A shame… it was really stable in this last update - even all the ads were functioning properly, and now it’s unplayable again. 
Haven't posted in a while, here's what I noticed over the last few weeks...
The shoulder strap and wrist band are correct in some frames, but on the wrong side in others
Dal'rok looks much better here compared to the "Angry Shampoo Blob in the Sky Attacks!!" that DS9 showed
This is probably the Aliens toy from Picard's Nexus life in GEN

Must be some geolocation going on there. I’ve never seen any of those. Then again, I’m not seeing any ads whatsoever right now, as it’s still CTD’ing every time the game loads. I’ve been missing out on resource generation since early December.
I honestly had no idea that there were so many Germans invading California from Oregon that needed a good shooting, nor was I aware that there was a big concertina-festooned wall surrounding all of Nevada.
