Wasn't really a fan of this one. I don't really like the Pakled storyline, but I'm hoping with bringing in the Klingons they might get JG Hertzler to reprise his role as Chancellor Martok in the future. I think that was the only thing I really got from this episode, the possibilities of future storylines, like if the Klingons did break the treaty with the Federation again. I have been wondering why we haven't seen much Klingons in this series, but this might have been a good stepping stone to involved them more. I also appreciated they brought back the Pepto Besmal blood from The Undiscovered Country. I got a little chuckle from that. In terms of the Vulcan storyline, So is that "disobidiant" Vulcan going to be serving on the Cerritos? I hope so actually. Despite forgetting her name, I liked the character.

I guess I would give this episode a solid 6. Nothing great, but it had it's moments.

I did like they brought back Velocity. I wish we had seen more of that holodeck game.

I'm giving it a 10 because I genuinely thought it was impossible for me to give one flying fuck about Klingon centric storylines any longer after DS9 ran them into the ground, but somehow those crazy fucks did it

By sheer coincidence, an hour before this episode went up I came across this tweet about how Worf is the "perfect Klingon" because he grew up with a rather idolized version of the culture where he never had to really do the heavy lifting if fact and fiction. That was kinda on my mind watching this play out.

I also enjoy watching T'Len and the Vulcans being passive aggressive as always. I have the feeling we haven't seen the last of her on the series.

I knew we'd get the last shot of the Borg lower decks crew

For me, I always enjoy it when LD finds it's own way of adding to canon instead of stacking references, so this was a fun ride for me.
