STAR TREK HISTORY BOOK CONTEST

Capt.Mac

Commander
Red Shirt
We recently had a number of our behind the scenes pictures published in the just released book Star Trek 365 by Paula M. Block with Terry J. Erdmann.

To celebrate, we're having a contest! The first five people that provide the correct answers to our quiz will receive a free book! Now, this is no ordinary quiz. You'll have to access your inner geek to find the answers.

Go to: http://www.startrekhistory.com/contest.html

Good luck!

Probably too late to enter, but I did wonder if you remembered that "This Side of Paradise" went through at least two titles before settling on the title we know. One title (the one you're probably looking for) is pretty well known. The other I only found out about a couple years ago.

Best,

Sir Rhosis

Ralph Senensky didn't direct any of those episodes listed. Three are by Marc Daniels ("The Man Trap", "The Doomsday Machine", and "The Changeling") and the other two by Herb Wallerstein ("The Tholian Web" and "Turnabout Intruder").

Is this some sort of gag?

His credits on imdb.com don't list any episode of any series he worked on with any of those titles. And the only episode I know of where he was originally slotted to direct but got swapped to another was "The Devil In The Dark" (he got "This Side of Paradise" instead).

It's not some sort of gag. He worked a few days on "The Tholian Web" before being fired. You can read about it on his blog here.
