Star Trek Endeavour: recruiting writers

Hi all,

I am starting a new fan powered TV series called Star Trek Endeavour.

There is a small ad hoc page up at www.yanaetoya.com/endeavour

All contents on that page are subject to change as the idea is still evolving.

The philosophy of this perticular venture is that we either do it right or not at all. That means professional acting, and special fx so that we do not tarnish or embarass the name of Star Trek.

The general plot is exploration of the core of the galaxy and the surrounding alpha, beta, gamma and delta quadrants.

Everything has pretty much been worked out except for 2 things, make up and writers.

We need writers!

And if possible generate plots for each episode that is as good a quality as Voyager ones without making each of them all about war or time travel !

Are there writers here that would be up to that challenge?

Are you looking for short-run "weekly" episodes like ST:VOY, or a more drawn out storyline like in Babylon 5?

Wakachukie: Sorry, but all i've got is MS Word, I don't have publishing software that enables me to give text the metallic/3D effect you see in a lot of trek title-headers. I ~wish~ I had that.

There are numerous free alternatives to Photoshop available on the internet. Such as Gimp.

indeed. I have a passable freeware of Photoshop CS5 called White Rabbit I got... some time ago. If these people are serious I could attempt a logo. According to their storyboard their Nebula-class has some serious upgrades, I'd be interested in seeing those.

And do they want a B5 style or a Weekly style?
