Star Trek DSC Shenzhou bridge set construction time-lapse

I can't place the music, and none of the music-matching apps can match it. Anyone know it, or is it like Two Steps From Hell-type stuff? I don't think they'd leak Discovery music yet.
The beginning music is an off-brand version of the Inception theme.

There is a shot of the ship's plaque in there, it seems to be a combination of the kelvin Timeline plaques and Movie/TNG era plaques.

Everything above the block of names is laid out the same as the Kelvin Timeline plaques.

I don't see how Kelvin timeline dedication plaques are any different than prime timeline? The all have the ship name and registry, Starfleet delta, list of engineers (production staff), and quote at the bottom.

I need to see something like this for the Discovery too - and full confirmation of it being the Walker Class, I see. I'd seen some say it was just the artists 'pet-name' for the ship design.

Presumably the irony/in-joke of Martin-Green's character serving on a Walker has been pointed out before?

I meant the layout of the plaque, where they put 'San Francisco Fleet Yards' and 'United Federation of Planets' and the Ship and class name. Matches the KT plaques, not the PT plaques.

And the Kelvin Timeline plaques don't have a list of names, but the Shenzhou's does. That is why I said a Hybrid.

Then again, if the Franklin is truly also from the Prime Timeline, then having the Shenzhou and Discovery's plaques being similar to the KT would make sense.

Yeah, they just straightened it out and added names like the Prime Timeline plaques.

I can't make out any individual names, but there are headings like 'Starfleet Command' and 'Research & Development' like the PT plaques.

A new news article has been published at TrekToday:

A new time-lapse video lets fans see the building of the USS Shenzhou set. It’s rather amazing to see how much work...

Too lazy to squint: what is the motto? "All Good Things..."? Is it supposed to make sense or remain unseen?

It is a quote quote from the Zhuangzi:
"All existing things are really one."

While we can't read it here, it was shown at the production panel at Fan Expo.

If the force existed in 3rd Century BC
Well, if The Force existed a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, and encompassed all of existence, then yeah. ;)

I mean, Taoists principles didn't "start" at the time the Taoist first described them. A Taoist would say those principles always existed even before people were around to describe them.

...and yes -- I realize "The Force" is not exactly a Taoist thing, but there are similarities.

The music is a few steps off from the "The Jihad" piece from Children of Dune, by Bryan Tyler. Two Steps from Hell used some of the Children of Dune piece "War Begins" which was heard in a Star Trek 2009 trailer.
