Gate golf was more fun, but this will do.

    This was damned delightful.

Took a couple of previous Trek staples and put some new spins on one, and added a little history to the other.

    I love this show.

    Next week looks good too...

    I wish I could vote 0/10.

This episode was cringeworthy. Definitely a sign that STD is a broken version of Star Trek, written by people who are desperate to reinvent the source material. Sadly, it's a bad reinvention.

I don't even know where to start with this. I don't even want the writers/producers fired at this point, just give us a better Star Trek series than STD.

your well entitled to your opinion. frankly i think GoT is fairly boring... an execution of "lets throw as much as we can in a blender" in a way that i find kinda thoughtless.

this episode here used intricacies in our characters to unravel the time loop as opposed to intricacies in the event. i find that very creative.

Well I gave it a 6, the lowest rating I've given an episode so far. As I said before, I don't care for the remake of TNG Groundhog Day episode. The only saving grace was seeing Stella!

    To be fair...
Lorca gets beamed out in space, and has exactly two seconds to look around before folding up in a nonverbal "WTF"
was brutal but also kinda hilarious in that black comedy sort of way.

And killing him would be a ginormous canon violation. Too bad, so sad.

Time loop stories are the best because you can really go apeshit with the solution, and it doesn't matter, because timey-wimey stuff.

It was a snappy episode. It used some familiar Trek tropes, had a few character moments, wasn't obnoxiously dark, actually told a whole story, and was, effectively, a stand alone.

I must say I am slightly disappointed that MFM didn't yell, "STELLA!" at one point, a la Marlon Brando in Streetcar.

I think the party perfectly illustrates everything wrong with this show.

It's trying so hard not be "Star Trek." So it dresses itself up in club decor and music from the early 2000s. And has all the characters interact and speak like they were written by people who haven't been to a party since the early 2000s.
