I wondering if at the end of Star Trek Beyond will we see the next Enterprise 1701 ready to depart setting up the fourth film and will it be the same design class as seen in the three J.J. films.

Yes, this has been known for some time.

Actually since Babylon 5 is set in the year 2258 that's around the time of TOS isn't it? Kirk's ship could have visited if they could cross into another franchise universe.
