She could be the woman talking with Kirk in Yorktown base, although there is no information that Lydia has gone to Dubai.
Looks like gossip tabloid material. I wouldn't bet a lot on its being accurate on any detail.

I suspect the actual movie will not be nearly as quiet and contemplative as that opening.
Also, how does Harrison Ford talk without opening his mouth?
The villain's voice is pretty generic and uninteresting.
I'm slightly worried that villain's mask and Phasma's are too similar.
Overall it looks like a pretty good JJ Abrams movie. But I'm hoping the new Star Trek will be better.

And the opening scene can be this ship somewhere in time.

He even gifted her twins two tiny customized real madrid uniforms with their names (she shared the cute picture over her instagram page months ago)

It's probably not Boyce, who has already been mentioned - in STID, Boyce was the doctor in charge of Kirk's medical care at the end of the film. (It's on the monitors next to Kirk's hospital bed.)

Yes, this makes it sound like he's in the cold opening, which may or may not involve the crashing ship... but probably sets up Elba's villain status.
A couple of sites say the scene was already filmed in Vancouver. (Maybe that's also been said in the un-translated link above, if so, my apologies.)

Well, I assumed it was already filmed -- they wrapped shooting a week ago. It's a bit odd that it never came out until now (not that it's that big a deal).
