Squadron is a fan film set in the universe of Star Trek's 24th century.

SYNOPSIS
At the height of the Dominion War, four starships are sent to patrol a remote sector. Real problems arise when Dominion agents attempt to hijack one of the ships and bomb a nearby neutral world.

In 2016 they’ve finished building their own recreation of the Norway-class Starship bridge set in their studio. Since then they’ve been creating stories and filming movies. Squadron is their dream project which they’ve been making for the last 2 years.

Love the subtitles on the youtube clip!

Looks very polished and professional; attractive cast, detailed sets and nice SFX. The spoken English will inevitably be stilted so I'd make the original language version too with said subtitles, it will likely seem more "natural".

I guess they were auto-generated, one misspelling noted, but so what. I just think that good (but not professional) actors should emote in their native tongue, it comes across as much more authentic, and subtitles fill in the meaning.
