Love the subtitles on the youtube clip! Looks very polished and professional; attractive cast, detailed sets and nice SFX. The spoken English will inevitably be stilted so I'd make the original language version too with said subtitles, it will likely seem more "natural".
I guess they were auto-generated, one misspelling noted, but so what. I just think that good (but not professional) actors should emote in their native tongue, it comes across as much more authentic, and subtitles fill in the meaning.
It looks really good. I'm looking forward to watching this fanfilm taking place during the Dominion war.
