I have to say that I'm completely unfamiliar with Happy Days apart from mentions in The Simpsons and in various articles and people online, so can you tell me what do you mean by Fonzie effect?

I have to say that I'm completely unfamiliar with Happy Days apart from mentions in The Simpsons and in various articles and people online, so can you tell me what do you mean by Fonzie effect?
I bought some Vulcan ears from Amazon. I'm going to (probably) go with a Vulcan theme for my ST uniform this Halloween. Or failing that, TOS Nurse Chapel.

^ Yeah, there's some great stuff in that Blu-Ray/DVD promo. If you've got the patience to creep through frame-by-frame (or the YouTube approximation thereof) there are all sorts of little snippets which go by too quickly to really register at regular playback speed. The guy in my av is one of them.

OMG on that STXI DVD preview, they actually showed that there were guys on the edges of the set with flashlights to create the lens flares! that some dedication to a cheesey-as-hell effect.... and here i figured they did that later in software.
and yeah, nimoy's little speech was kinda heartbreaking. on the other hand, it's not like he doesn't have anything else to do with his time.
and now i'm pretty stoked about the next season of 'heroes' too. this fall is gonna be interesting.
but i'm also confused about something - what is this talk about guys wanting sylar killed off? why? because his awesomeness is intimidating to them? i hope they leave him thinking he is nathan for at least a couple episodes, build the dramatic tension up a bit.

Yes, I'm still alive and amazingly there are people who remember who I am. My premmie's lounge cohorts simply weren't coping without me so I had to come back. Plus its my five year TrekBBS anniversary on Saturday and I thought there might be cake.
I have to say that I found season two Sylar annoying and found myself wishing they had killed him off but I've since done a complete 180 - he was more often than not the best thing about season three and one of the main reasons I'm still watching.

all that sounds really cool! great storytelling is too often missing in this world, and not really something one might expect to be related to someone who spends so much time in hollywood. the fact that he spends his time doing this kind of thing rather than your more typical actor antics just makes me like the guy that much more.

The ZQ/KB pics are starting to make me become a Zach/Kristen shipper. They are pretty cute... I love how they look together, Zach being so tall and Kristen being a little pixie-ish thing. Also, my husband has been in love with Kristen Bell since Veronica Mars, so this way our two objects of desire can combine into one deadly force of hotness.
