Spock in command

Ronald Held

Vice Admiral
Admiral
In which episodes did Spock spend significant time in the command chair? The Tholian Web comes to mind, but I have not scoured Trekcore to look at the screencaps, a time consuming effort right now.

"Who Mourns for Adonais" and "That Which Survives" come to mind.

"What Are Little Girls Made Of?"
"Dagger Of The Mind"
"The Squire Of Gothos"
"Arena"
"Who Mourns For Adonais?"
"The Doomsday Machine"
"The Gamesters Of Triskelion"
"The Paradise Syndrome"
"The Tholian Web"
"Wink Of An Eye"
"The Mark Of Gideon"
"That Which Survives"

There is also "The Galileo Seven" where he was in command although not of the Enterprise.

Don't forget "The Cage":
[Bridge]

SPOCK: Address intercraft.
GARISON: Open, sir.
SPOCK: This is the acting captain speaking. We have no choice now but to consider the safety of this vessel and the remainder of the crew. We're leaving. All decks prepare for hyperdrive. Time warp factor.
TYLER: Mister Spock, the ship's controls have gone dead.
(The lights go out)
SPOCK: Engine room!
GARISON: Open.
SPOCK: Mister Spock here. Switch to rockets. We're blasting out.
PITCAIRN [OC]: All systems are out, bridge. We've got nothing.
TYLER: There's nothing. Every system aboard is fading out.

"Journey To Babel" as well (arguably depending on one's definition of "significant time" is, though it was surely an important plot point).

That won't work when the page changes, because no one will ever see your post again, only the thread title. ;)

That said, I always liked Spock's "command performance" in "that which survives", something about how sarcastic and snotty he acted towards Scotty. I don't know why I like that so much, though my wife has a theory...:)
