Spike and DS9

Can anyone tell me how long Spike has a "contract" to air DS9? When (if?) can it move to another channel?

Seems like Spike is losing interest in Star Trek as a whole now. Now both DS9 and Voyager are regulated to late night slots, because they need more room for CSI, like they didn't have enough to begin with.
