I keep forgetting we're not supposed to know him and Jaime Foxx are in the movie.
That fact that he is transported to the MCU just before he dies is the only real spoiler really.
I try not to think about the Andrew Garfield films if I can possibly help it; did Electo die at the end of his appearance?
I couldn't remember either.
A quick look at Wikipedia says he died.
Disney is going to murder him.
At this point in his career and age he most likely doesn't give a crap, what can they do? Ruin his career?
I'm kinda torn on this one - on the one hand rumors and insider reports have mentioned his return as far as last year so it's no big surprise, especially for comic book fans and the MCU apparent push to the multiverse, which opens up everybody to return ( even dead characters). On the other hand he could have honored his contract and kept his mouth shut, even if the cat was nearly out of the bag.
Molina's made it clear.
Meanwhile Disney and Sony have reached a licensing deal. This seems to relate more to existing properties than future ones (at least, so far as this article mentions) but hopefully this bodes well for future Spider-man collaborations between them https://variety.com/2021/tv/news/disney-sony-marvel-spiderman-movie-deal-1234957207/
If nothing else, it at least shows that they are still willing to cooperate and share their properties.
Andrew Garfield denies getting a call to be in the movie.
Of course, at no point does he actually deny being in the movie, so I guess Kevin asked him in person.
Feiged used Snapchap!
Actually, that makes sense. The messages disappear without a trace...
Now we know for sure he's in the movie.
Only half of them.
All of them if neither party saves the messages.
I was trying for a riff on "snap" and Feige/Marvel
Or like e-mail, video chat, skype, whatever.
He's not straight out denying it. Either he doesn't like to lie or he's just bad at hiding secrets.
Oh, right, duh!
Well that was quick!
Said absolutely no one.
