^ You do realize that the Star Trek timeline ended when Kirk recovered his body from Janice Lester, don't you?

Funny, I remember Kirk and Co. saving the Earth from a gone-mad 'Voyager' space probe, finally killing Khan Noonien Singh, return to see the Genesis experiment finally fail, travel back in time to save the Earth from an ancient alien probe, traveling to the centre of the Milky Way to find some mad creature posing as a god, helping to make sure that the conflict between the Federation and the Klingon Empire ends, sending the new Enterprise-B off to her adventures.
Kirk finally died in the late 24th century, doing what he does best: saving the day.
McCoy lived long into the 24th century, heavily influencing the medical field all his life.
Scotty ended up traveling the galaxy after saving the Enterprise through his technical genius one last time.
And Spock working hard until the late 24th century to bring the Romulans and Vulcans back together as the one race they are.
And these are only the (known) adventures of the TOS crew alone.
To say there is nothing after 2269 earns you a big
