They're somewhat lazy gag writers, falling back too often on "well, x/y/z/everyone should have died." And then, it's just funny to watch Batman talk to Superman because...because it is, that's why.
They have come to realize that the "hero cafe" bits of the show are way funnier than any of their HISHE gags, so they are taking up more and more of the clips.
Like most YouTube "trends" HISHE clips shouldn't be watched back to back to back, as repeated viewings tend to expose their formulaic nature.
Their "Wizard Of Oz" episode was rather clever - it ain't just current movies that trip over their narrative shoelaces.
I like "Cinema Sins" and their "Everything Wrong With:" series.
I also like how they made a parody video of themselves.
If you could just take the Spock interaction by itself, it would be a good video. Otherwise... no
It did go on a tad too long. The Frozen HISHE was perfect.
They were trying way to hard to be funny. Many of the things they point out as flaws, I actually liked.

I know the video is for Star Trek (2009) but is easily applicable to Star Trek Into Darkness.
I didn't mind the subtitles during the conversation in Klingon at all, because without it I wouldn't have understand them.
I'm a fan but that doesn't mean I can understand Klingon.
