isnt the flashbacks on fallout in the 1950s
The flashbacks are in a retrofuturistic version of the 2070s that looks like the 1950s. I'm not really that familiar with the lore beyond the bits and pieces I've read related to the show, so I'm not sure if there's a specific reason why things look like that beyond the guys who made the games wanted it that way.isnt the flashbacks on fallout in the 1950s when cooper was still human

Robooting Venom already? I know Venom 3 wasn't as successful as previous ventures...but they are trying to milk that again????I'm mildly intrigued since I do like the characters, but it's probably just going to be a streamer for me unless the trailers really blow me away.

Like the Venom animated film that was leaked recently, they will probably all be animated. Interestingly, Sony's animated films tend to be better than their live-action projects. If Spider-Man is included in these films, they will definitely be box office hits.Does it even matter that they're rebooting? No one is going to remember any of those films aside from the being mediocre at best.

So either they'll make a deal with Marvel to make Spider-Man spin-offs set in the MCU, or Marvel won't, and Miles, or Tobey and Andrew Spider-Man, will be included in their own Spider-Man villain movies. Because the reason Sony's Spider-Man villain movies failed was due to their misunderstanding of the success of the Venom movies. As stated in an article written a few years ago, since Venom is the most popular Spider-Man villain, the movies will be box office success no matter how bad they are. But other villains aren't like that. Sony thought that because the Venom movies were successful, other movies would be equally successful even without Spider-Man. This negatively impacted the box office performance of those movies. They're from two separate divisions of the studio, Sony Pictures Animation and Columbia Pictures. They have different people in charge and different creative teams. We've seen this sort of thing before, like how Warner Bros. Television Animation brought a golden age of DC Comics-based animated shows in the '90s-'00s while the live-action feature division's DC-based output was wildly uneven.
The interviewee, Tom Rothman, is president of the parent company of both divisions, but I don't think he'd talk about it as a "reboot" if the idea were just to continue the animated movies they're already doing. He also said they'd probably take their time developing it, which also suggests the intent is to restart the live-action films.
Don't you mean something like a Platinum age? The Golden age included Max Fleischer animation, SIlver Age included SUperfriends, and Bronze Age right after.... with your so-called Golden Age perhaps better labeled as "Platinum Age"They're from two separate divisions of the studio, Sony Pictures Animation and Columbia Pictures. I think they'll either make animated films or they're very close to signing a deal with Marvel for spin-off Spider-Man films set in the MCU.
I was going to say that wasn't the case while writing the article, but then I remembered that these films were initially called Part 1 and Part 2, and then that title was abandoned.and for others thinking that Sony is pivoting to a animated focus.... let's not forget, the 3rd Spider Verse movie is waaaaaay over due (and surprisingly, was NOT written at the same time as the 2nd movie), and seems like THAT successful branch is getting OUT of control.
