Deanna... the way they wrote her was so useless I don't understand why it took 5 seasons for them to do something with her.

"He is hiding something"...... that is basically what she did for the vast majority of her tenure. who on the writers thought a ship's counselor should sit on the bridge all the time is beyond me.

I did like her once they put her in a starfleet uniform later in the series and did that episode where she was a Romulan. At least they were trying .
