Some Workforce Questions

Re-watching Workforce recently, I've wondered about some things:

First, I see the entire episode as a different form of assimilation, but that the Voyager crew was assimilated, nonetheless, though their after assimilation lives were more pleasant, though not entirely free, as the existence of curfews attests.

With Seven of Nine, did they know she was a Borg and did they make any provision for her to have a regeneration alcove? Would they have taken one from Voyager for this purpose?

What did they do with Naomi Wildman? I'm guessing they brought her down with her mother. I'm thinking, they'd have had to reprogrammed her mind as well. I'd be curious to see what a school and a day care center looked like on this planet.

Any thoughts you might have about the above and any questions you might have would be welcome.

I've had the same questions. I don't think they had the chance to get an alcove since that would require getting onto Voyager. What I assumed is that she was just sleeping and that they hadn't been down there long enough for her to be affected by the lack of the alcove.

As for Naomi i assumed she had the same brainwashing and was with her mother.

What I've always wondered was if there was any one who would have rather stayed behind. Maybe they made some friends, had a budding romance, had nobody waiting for them in the Alpha Quadrant.
