Some Trek eBooks on sale

Well, actually, I'm almost afraid to mention it but some titles on Amazon are actually selling for a little less than their "normal" price. It's really hit or miss and it spans all ages and prices but it seems to be mostly on the older $5.99 titles. For example, I picked up Shadows on the Sun, a $5.99 title for $4.79 a couple of weeks ago. When you see the Kindle price listed, there may be a plus sign beside it. Click on it and you'll see another listing.

I'm not really sure what the difference between the two versions is but the one I got seemed fine. It didn't have a true cover or a toc but that seems typical for older TrekLit titles and older Kindle titles in general. The size listed for the two files was a slight bit different but not by much. It isn't all older titles either. What Judgments Come, the latest Vanguard title that just came out last month can be picked up for $7.99 or $6.39.

Anyway, the last time I mentioned something about this when something similar was going on, several users started calling and writing Amazon to find out what was going on and then Barnes & Noble to find out why they weren't offering something similar and S&S to put a stop to it and then, before you know it, it stopped. So, what I'm trying to say is, if you can take advantage of this and want to, have at it; just please don't ruin it for the rest of us because it's likely a mistake and probably won't last all that long anyway.

Enjoy.
