is playing a character named for the actor, although the name Gatt2000 is not used onscreen. He seems to be an android or enhanced humanoid, with pale eyes and a circular hole in the crown of his bald head. He's the one-line "bridge alien", much as Billy Van Zandt was in ST: TMP - the Rhaandarite ensign - and the green scaly guy was on the Excelsior in ST VI and "Flashback".
