Just what the title says. They ran them for about a year, then they've appeared to quietly drop them.

Sapphire Star 9 is currently scheduled to start on 1 Oct 21 to avoid conflicting with the Master’s event.​

Per the SFB site, they have eight confirmed signed up for Sapphire Star 9, and they need eight more to fill out the roster.
