So what are you reading now (Part 4)?

I'm about to finish Asimov's The Gods Themselves. Next up is Kevin Anderson's Lifeline.

After that, I was thinking about attacking my Star Trek pile for a while again.

I just finished up the New Frontier novels Cold Wars and Death after Life. I'm currently reading the TNG # novel Infiltrator

Finished What's Past, and have gone back to reread The Dominion War Book 1 for the fourth or fifth time. It was one of the first Trek books I ever read.

Currently reading the first Eureka tie in Substitution Method by Aaron Rosenberg (under the house name Chris Ramsay).
They're doing Eureka tie-in novels? Sweet! I love Eureka.

Yeah, but I doubt I would have known about them either if Dayton hadn't mentioned them on his livejournal.

There are three I know of so far, all credited to "Cris Ramsay" (I only just realized there's no h in Cris when I searched for the amazon.com links :alienblush:):

Substitution Method
, written by Aaron Rosenberg is already available.

Brain Box Blues, written by Phaedra Weldon is scheduled for the end of November.

Road Less Traveled, written by Aaron Rosenberg again is scheduled for the end of March next year.

Are you going to be reviewing Substitution Method?

Sure, somewhere down the line.

But I'm so far behind with my reviews at the moment it's ridiculous. Three 11th Doctor Doctor Who NSAs I have read, but not written a proper review for ( it were four, but I have sent one to the editor yesterday) and two Star Trek books (the CoE TPBs). :scream:

But I have a week off now, so I hope to catch up somewhat.

Finished reading the Fable tie-in, The Balverine Order, by Peter David today and finally started on the Crucible trilogy by David R. George III.

Picked up Worlds of Deep Space Nine, Vol. 2 (Trill and Bajor) tonight. Bought it when it came out, but couldn't get into it back then. No problems tonight, though; almost done with the Trill story.

I finished The Dresden Files: Grave Peril, which I loved. My Rating: 10/10

Stephen King - The Colorado Kid

No trek for me at the moment. next will be Zero Sum Game in mid november.

NAKED HEAT by "Richard Castle."

Is that any good? I love the show, but slogged through Heat Wave last year, and don't really have any plans to buy Naked Heat.

It's much the same. I enjoyed HEAT WAVE, which was a fun little mystery, so I picked up NAKED HEAT as well, but if you didn't like the first book, be warned that this one isn't radically different.
