So many USB cables!

In an attempt to provide give my life a bit of a kick in the pants, I have decided to pretend I am moving out of my apartment. By that, I mean that I am going through all my stuff, packing up stuff that can be packed up and throwing out all the crap I haven't used in the last 15 months that I've lived here. There are things I forgot that I ever owned!

But what I find most ridiculous is the absurd number of USB cables I have scattered all over my apartment! Back in the day, you had to buy your USB cables separately (I remember I did when I got my printer right before college). But now, shit, everything comes with a frickin USB cable! I have more USB cables than I could ever use!

I don't know what to do with them. Should I save them? Is there a USB Heaven that I can send them to?

Me too! I once was worried I'd lose my USB cable to my digital camera, I have 4 identical ones to it laying around my desk drawer now. I only know where ONE came from!!

A little while ago I herded all the spare cables that'd accumulated about the place into a box and sold 'em. I actually cut back a little too far, I bought a new hard drive recently and then had to go back and buy a SATA cable.
