So we know Sisko apparently has a pagh and the bajorans lives and religion involves pagh or I guess souls.

Do just Bajorans have them and prophets and half prophets like Sisko?

Or all beings or what not?

Such things probably wouldn't be left to belief when half a dozen species can grab your unexpected and unexpecting body parts and tell whether there's a soul there. If even a couple of those species agree, then that's pretty good proof of a presence independent of belief - because when have belief systems voluntarily agreed on mere belief on souls?
