Riker is more likely to be courtmartialled as he had responsibility. Troi simply took over a disabled helm when it's original operator was injured - there was hardly anything she could have done.

No. Her commanding officer would have though. That's standard procedure when a starship is lost.
The helm controls were knocked offline when the secondary hull exploded. There was little Troi could have done. I'm sure there would have been a court-martial, and I'm sure that she would have been held blameless.
I find that friggin' hilarious. Just imagining the look on Starfleet's faces when the Ent-E limped home.

Indeed. Data was the one flying the ship--after he rerouted lateral thruster control to his workstation, in what I'm sure was not an approved procedure. That would certainly have left a black mark on his record. Did data ever face court martial for crashing the enterprise?
Why is there all this talk about court-martial? The Enterprise crashed because it was hit by Klingon weapons fire and disabled. Shouldn't that be apparent to Starfleet?

And in response to this: I think they should've got Tasha Yar to pilot. I think even in her current predicament, she'd have done a better job than Troi
Not really since that was done under direct orders from her CO.
I'd say the logs made it clear enough without a need for even an official inquiry. The only reason to have an inquiry would be to determine if an officer had acted unduly, as if there were doubts about the officer's intent or capability. The inquiry would determine whether a court martial investigation would be warranted. Apparently it's a non-issue in this case.
I think that "Measure of a Man" (TNG ep where we learn that a court martial is standard procedure when a ship is lost) used an overtly 'loaded' term like "court martial". That phrase implies a criminal proceeding when the subject is already suspected of malicious intent, which is clearly NOT standard procedure. They should have said something like 'a board of inquiry' instead.
While we're on the subject of consequences... Why in the hell did Crusher get off scott free after what she did in "Suspicions"? I never bought the 'everything turned out okay in the end so let's just forget about it' ending.
