So did someone release the teaser finally, or did P+ clamp that stuff down hard?
FYI, Paramount don't seem to care about the dying platform of tumblr. All the pics, bar Bearded Pike, are there..

The CGI for the ice planet looks bad. Like from 10-15 years ago (Stargate Universe). Compare that to the icy northern waste CGI from the Rings of Power Trailer.

I don't think that was a final rendering......hell, what was in the top secret trailer is still most likely being tweaked........that MAY be why they didn't want anyone not in the live presentation to see it. They knew we'd go over every pixel like a proctologist looking for a polyp.
Rings of Power cost $460 million. For season one. If it doesn't look better than literally every TV series ever made then they've been ripped off.
Liked those shots of the Enterprise! But sucks that they 'conveniently' cut out the trailer after Anson's announcement.

Why would they create a new EVA suit for the show if its still set in the 23rd century? I love the shots though, and Enterprise is looking good as always, but whats with the snowflake panels on the ship room there?

Pretty sure those are cargo containers, and the label is just tell you it's frozen goods I guess.
There's also a container with the Starfleet medical symbol on it on the left here. Also that symbol in the middle looks familiar, but I can't place it.

I wish everything would look just a little bit more colorful and bright and fun.
Also, these pictures suggest they try to go for "epic" again (like DIS & PIC), instead of "adventerous and nerdy" (LD). Though maybe that's just for an epic "opening episode", and then settle for something more casual. This show is supposed to be more episodic after all. Hopefully that applies also to the general tone.

The EV suits deliberately bring those seen in The Tholian Web to mind, don't they? With me anyway... High field of vision in the helmet because the glass goes up and over. Silver grey skin but a red or strong colour for the control panel on the chest.
Part of some revisions to make SNW different to 23rd Century Discovery perhaps. The designs are all taking cues from TOS, but more solidly realised. Metallic looking but strong use of livery colours sampled from the '66 show.

Are they visiting LV-426? Or is this the Picard super-AV from another universe?
Pretty guessable what the ship falling out of orbit might be connected to. Refrigeration snowflake symbols on the hexagonal hatches.
Well these suits first appeared in Discovery Season 2. They weren't designed for SNW.
That's what makes for good trailer shots.
