God, Rosy, how much I've missed you!
So "Somebody Saaaave Me" is really about Lex?
Okay, NOW he's going off to get the suit.
Even Lex, his enemy, has to convince him to be Superman
Agreed. Rosey could make a bad ep good.
Ahhhhh...good old Lex.
Clark is so insecure and passive he even needs Lex to blow smoke up his ass to get him motivated.
EDIT: Looks like Brent beat me to it...
Okay, now he goes to talk to Jor-El and to get the suit.
That was the best part so far.
Wow, that scene gave me shivers...Rosenbaum hasn't lost his touch as Lex!
Edit: Anyone notice the 'not so subtle' LexCorp anagram?
this whole thing is not living up to the hype
Clark has always been his bitch, figures it would take Lex to finally say "become Superman" in order for it to happen.
Re: So did Clark put on the suit and fly? (Smallville SPOILERS)
Well, he was wearing a suit at one point.
32 minutes yeah a Super rush
Who else does he need convincing from now? Who hasn't given their pep talk to Clark yet?
He is THE Lex Luthor...any other actor pales in comparison...
But i feel like there's still a gap between Earlier Lex and this new villain who embraces his villainy (almost like like he's choosing to be Mastermind!)
This is Classic Smallville. Sixty minutes of angst, followed by 30 minutes of Clark doing absolutely nothing and doubting himself, with every character having to motivate him and walk him through the motions. Pathetic.
Lex was awesome though. The show definitely missed him.
he should have put on the suite right after the barn scene, that was THE moment to do it
We need Lana now.
