SMALLVILLE Winter Hiatus Thread *Spoilers!*

Now would be time to take advantage of some marketing opportunity and show the suit. Instead like I have stated from the summer time, these idiots will wait until the last five minutes of the TWO part finale to show us the damn thing. We're likely to see Henry Cavil in the "Man of Steel" suit before seeing Tom Welling in his suit. I think I'm going to down a sick pack when the series is over. Sigh.

He was on Carson Daly in 2003. Back then he was spouting the usual stuff

"If we showed Superman the show would have to effectively end. This is about Clark Kent blah blah"

Not saying he's gonna say anything that interesting, but it will be like if Bigfoot came out to the world and did a press conference. That kind of thing. Know what I mean, haha?

He's gonna announce that he's doing "Cheaper By the Dozen 3" and that his character Charlie hasn't moved out of the house yet despite being the oldest.

I think Welling has to make The Fog 2 before he makes Cheaper by the Dozen 3. Then The Fog 3, then Cheaper by the Dozen 4.

Just images of Clark & Lois in the fortress with the \S/uit still on ice...and this is the ep where Lois gets Clark's powers as a gift from Jor-El.

The CW's Official Description (Posted 4/14/11): JOR-EL GIVES LOIS SUPER POWERS; KARA RETURNS — Clark (Tom Welling) takes Lois (Erica Durance) to the Fortress to get Jor-El’s (voiced by Terrance Stamp) blessing for their marriage. Jor-El bestows a unique wedding gift on the couple – he gives Lois Clark’s super powers so she can see what it’s like to be him for a day. Unfortunately, the Toyman (guest star Chris Gautheir) has returned to Metropolis, so Lois must go up against the notorious villain instead of Clark. Meanwhile, Oliver (Justin Hartley) searches for the Bow of Orion, which he believes will remove the Omega symbol from his skull, and runs into Kara (guest star Laura Vandervoort), who is also on a mission to stop Darkseid. Mike Rohl directed written by Bryan Q. Miller & Anne Cofell Saunders (#3X6019).

I wasn't aware of the official description until today...but this sounds like a mess. :sigh:

Yikes that sound convoluted as hell for a single episode. Well maybe we will get Lois in another smoking hot outfit when she gets her powers. At least that would be something to look forward to.

That sounds really familiar.

Although, wasn't Jor-El giving Jonathan super powers what fucked up his health to the point that his heart plain done gave out?

Is the fortress secretly killing Lois?

So they're ripping off "Super" now? LOL. That costume looks ridiculous. They should have just used Lois's Super Woman costume from All Star Superman. This looks like dud filler. Ugh.

I wonder if Lois will learn how to fly in this episode before Clark does?

I've only seen a few early episodes, but, didn't Clark float up to the top of a water tower or something to save Lana early on? Isn't that flying?
