Well, it IS my guilty pleasure, freely admitted. Problem is, I'm not even feeling any guilt these days - just disappointment.

I keep hoping the final 11 eps will wow me, but I just don't see it happening. Other than being pleased to see Ally four eps in a row (and sadly, not in the finale, it seems), that's about as much emotional response from me the show's going to get.
 
It used to be more than a guilty pleasure for me. I used to love this show where it was right up there with "Doctor Who" as my favorite show. Now I just feel done with it.
 
And after all this time why would you expect things to change? It will be what it is until the end.
 
Um...none of us have said that we expect it to change. I don't think you've been paying attention to the thread at all.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that it's Connor he's talking about. It makes the most sense. Checkmate and Cadmus haven't been fully dealt with yet. There is still a ton of stuff they have to get around to wrapping up. Ultimately I think there are going to be some unresolved plots just like on any other series. It will be interesting to see if it is Connor and or what they're take is on Connor.
 
I think there was a mention of Knox coming back...but I don't think Dean Cain will make it...so yeah Conner seems to make sense here.
 
Yeah I remember mention of Knox back in the summer time and I think Cain said he would do it if he was asked or available. How the fuck are they gonna make Tom look 16 though? Use archival season one footage?:guffaw: I guess they could tie Connor in with the Clone Lex's and explain that in his obsession with his investigation Lex had samples of Clark's DNA and used it to clone him?

Wait...why are they in Luthor mansion? Desaad seems obsessed with that red towel/silk "cape" thingy. He used that to tie up Lois in the premire in his deleted scene too.
