SMALLVILLE Winter Hiatus Thread *Spoilers!*

It's Zee...she is supposed to be making an appearance this season as well. Chances are we'll see her in the second half of the season. The back of her head is shown for a second or so but it's clearly there on the 360 part of the montage inside the tomb part of the pyramid. It's clearly meant to imply that Zatanna is present.

I've included the backs of some heads... can anybody identify everybody...

I saw the Jan preview trailer for Smallville and rolled my eyes. It showed stuff from "Collateral" and U-Lionel's appearance in "Beacon" I think it is. I have a very bad feeling that the U-Lionel's episode is gonna be shite.

I hope not...only 11 eps to go! John Glover has 4 eps...Luthor, Beacon, Scion & ???. it is funny Allison Mack will be in Collateral, Beacon, Masquerade & Fortune...then that is it I guess because Lazarus was the 1st of 5...I think we will see more of her at the end though.

I'm guessing that Chloe's last episodes will be the finale. If they don't have Chloe in the finale I will seriously revolt and not watch it. John Glover has more episodes than I originally though...oh boy. I wonder how they will explain his return...hopefully not with a grandiose dismissal of his actual death "Reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated." Uh no they weren't. Yeah this has the potential to be bad in my view, but hopefully not!!!

Unless Tess or Clone Lex kills U-Lionel there is no harm in having him around.

Yeah I realize everyone thought that him crossing over was a big deal but I seriously outside of him serving as Darkseid's potential host don't see the point of having him around. It just makes things potentially messy.

I'm curious as to how alt-Lionel is going to explain who he is... Since Lion-El is dead. Probably something that will occur in Offscreensville.

To answer Jet's question... I certainly hope so. I hesitate to say it couldn't get worse, because they could stick Cat in every single remaining episode!

True and good point buttttt we don't know that Zee knew Hawkman outside of the League either.

I think thats a problem with the Justice League as a whole. Hawkman does not really know any of them that well. He has not even known them for that long. So his death does not have as much weight for Clark and the others as they want us to feel.

Most of the members of this "team" barely have interacted with each other on screen. It feels more like a loosely affiliated conglomerate or franchise of heroes than an actual team.

I would like to see Dr Hamilton betray the heroes by showing that he is working for the VRA and has bought into their propaganda. It would fit with his other incarnations. In the comics Hamilton became the Super-villain Ruin. Also in JLU he it was revealed he was working for Cadmus.

I think it would really develop that character and the theme of their secrets and with who they can really trust with them. They been way too free and easy with their secret identities. This guy is just an employee of Oliver. Being betrayed by a character who has been around for a while would have an impact.

Yeah, but I forgive that as a budgetary and logistical limitation. Not only do a number of the actors have other obligations limiting their opportunities to appear, but the show's budget is so slashed this season that they're down to only four regulars. So I give them credit for the likelihood that they would show the team interacting more if they could, and I'm grateful for the efforts they do make to acknowledge the larger community.

Yeah, but for another Alessandro Juliani character to turn traitor would be a little repetitive. (Then again, they did put Michael Hogan in an eyepatch....)

If my theory about Tess is correct we'll have someone betray the heroes (not necessarily of her own vocation though).

Neither do I but I've not been able to put her connection to Granny out of my head since we saw it. There's something that is still gonna happen with Tess.

Perhaps she's been the real Lex all along, and in a dramatic scene she'll whip off the wig and pull off a latex mask, ala Mission: Impossible, to reveal a scarred, evil looking Rosey.

I don't want to see that either. :(

I'd like to see a wonderful and graceful exit for Tess. :sigh:
